At Still Waters Neuro Coaching, I believe that true clarity begins in stillness. Inspired by Psalm 23 — “He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul, my mission is to create a peaceful, faith-centered space where women can pause, reflect, and realign their lives with God’s purpose. I specialize in life and executive function coaching designed to help late‑diagnosed women who discover, often well into adulthood, that the challenges they’ve carried for years, the overwhelm, the emotional intensity, the exhaustion, the “why is this so hard for me?” Many receive late diagnoses such as ADHD, autism, anxiety disorders, sensory processing differences, or other neurodivergences later in life because:

  • They masked well

  • They were high achievers

  • They were caretakers

  • They were responsible

  • They were praised for coping, not supported for struggling

And when the diagnosis finally comes, it’s often a mix of relief, grief, and inner clarity, I understand, But- please, hear this, you are seen now, fully. And even with the grief of “lost years,” joy, clarity, and healing are absolutely possible.

In coaching, my approach blends practical neuro-based coaching strategies with spiritual encouragement, offering guidance that supports both personal and spiritual growth.

Hi there! I’m Kelly. I have made many decisions in my life, and a clear sense of purpose or direction hasn't always shaped them. I have endured multiple hardships, and seasons of what I now identify as loss, and that loss has given way to new opportunities. My journey has been anything but ordinary. However, those seasons have slowly built a resilience in me. Due to life being thrown at me many times with a fierceness, I have grown insurmountably,

Today, every step and every decision is made with a focus on what is true, what has value, and I make space for intentional, peaceful decisions. One of those decisions was the creation of Still Waters Neuro Coaching. The name Still Waters comes from Psalm 23, a reminder that God leads us to places of rest, clarity, and renewal. That is what I aim to provide through coaching: a calm, safe space where your mind can breathe, your spirit can settle, and your strengths can rise to the surface.

For more than 20 years, I've devoted my career to helping people discover their strengths, navigate challenges, and find pathways that honor who they truly are. As someone deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, I believe that every mind reflects a unique expression of God's design-full of creativity, insight, and purpose. My coaching is about helping you uncover that design and embrace it with confidence. As I shared previously, my journey hasn't been the easiest, but what it has done is make a way to now-love and serve others with compassion and purpose, for you to see yourself as God's chosen child. I can't wait to connect with you and hear your story!

As an executive function coach, I specialize in helping processing emotions, developing skills in time management, organization, goal setting, and task completion. What began as a story of my own has developed into a passion project to serve you. I am proud of where I've been, as it has written the story I am in now. I can't wait to see what's next!

My mission is to create a calm, faith-based space where neurodivergent individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to live as the person God uniquely designed them to be. I guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and purpose by honoring their wiring, cultivating their strengths, and helping them walk courageously in alignment with God's truth.
